Our Service Promise
- We will not perform a home buyer or seller property inspection under contingent arrangements whereby any compensation or future referrals are dependent on reported findings or on the sale of a property.
- We will not solicit for repairs of systems or components found defective during a home buyer or seller inspection, except as a licensed General Contractor making an on-site inspection of a residential building for which we are preparing plans, designs, specifications, or estimates for construction, remodeling, or repairs.

Standard home inspection report includes
- Pre-listing home inspection: A pre-listing home inspection is a professional evaluation of a property's condition commissioned by the seller before listing the home. While buyers typically pay for their own inspections after an offer is accepted, a pre-listing inspection allows you, as a seller, to identify and address issues on your own terms.
- Home Buyer Inspection Report: A home buyer inspection report is an essential document in real estate transactions. The inspection report helps property buyers discover concealed problems that affect their investment. The report helps buyers understand the property's condition and prevent unexpected future expenses.
- Home Seller Inspection Reports: Home seller Inspection Reports cover the same areas for both sellers and buyers, including building structure, roofing systems, plumbing networks, and electrical infrastructure. Homeowners who plan to sell their properties can make repairs before listing.
- Home Construction Inspection Report: A Home Construction Inspection Report, or new construction inspection, is a series of inspections performed at various stages of a new home's construction process, or upon completion, to ensure the builder has complied with plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Owner Maintenance Inspection Report: A Property Owner Maintenance Inspection Report is a maintenance check-up for a homeowner. Unlike an inspection conducted for a sale (buyer or seller), this type of report focuses on the property's long-term upkeep and maintenance.
- Condition Assessment Report: The primary purpose of the Property Condition Assessment Report is to identify and communicate any physical deficiencies of the property and to forecast the significant capital needs for future repairs or renovations. This information is vital for property investors and lenders.
- Vacant Property Inspection Report: The Vacant Property Inspection Report is a specialized assessment conducted on unoccupied homes. It is critical for property owners and managers because vacant properties are more vulnerable to security breaches, deterioration, and insurance issues.
