Our working relationship started with quote solicitations to a handful of companies, and Enteck won the bid, not sheerly based on cost, but for the organizational aspect; Clarence was the only person to provide a color-coded Gantt chart, in addition to the itemized breakdown of supplies.  As someone who juggles many schedules and hats with my family and career, I appreciated this. 

The transparency and open communication with Clarence set my mind and heart at ease, as my family was doing a major addition to our home just weeks after adding our 4th child in 4 years, with a firm deadline set to coincide with my return to work. Mr. Clarence & his Enteck team have been nothing short of a Godsend! My journey to finding Mr. Clarence all started after I had annual inspections completed on multiple properties within my portfolio by a different service provider who exclusively (and singularly) was in the business of completing home inspections, which meant that I was then left hunting for a single source provider who could, in full, project manage the vast array of repairs identified on my inspection punch list.
