- We will not perform a home buyer or seller property inspection under contingent arrangements whereby any compensation or future referrals are dependent on reported findings or on the sale of a property.
- We will not solicit for repairs of systems or components found defective during a home buyer or seller inspection, except as a licensed General Contractor making an on-site inspection of a residential building for which we are preparing plans, designs, specifications, or estimates for construction, remodeling, or repairs.
