We help Interior Designers, Realtors, investors, lenders, Homeowners, and other contractors inspect and improve homes
Interior Designers
We collaborate with interior designers to help them transform kitchens and bathrooms into beautiful, functional spaces. The interior designers are typically responsible for designing the space and sourcing the materials and finishes. We are responsible for estimating upgrade costs, obtaining necessary building permits, doing the construction, managing the construction budget, timeline, and quality control.
REALTORS, INVESTORS and LENDERS
We help realtors, investors, and lenders repair homes and close property sales faster by getting ahead of repairs before the home buyer's inspection. We can estimate the repairs, obtain necessary building permits, renovate the project, manage the construction budget, timeline, and control quality. We also offer home buyer inspections and will repair other home inspectors' report findings.
HOMEOWNERS
We help homeowners build homes, add additions, and transform kitchens and bathrooms into beautiful, functional spaces. As general contractors, we have an extensive network of architectural draftsmen, engineers, and subcontractors. We are also responsible for estimating the work's cost, obtaining necessary building permits, constructing the project, managing the construction budget, timeline, and controlling quality.
OTHER CONTRACTORS
We collaborate with other contractors to form a team with unique skill sets that can deliver high-quality service with more resources. Our collaborating contractors typically provide the labor and materials, while we provide the inspection and general contracting services.
