We help prevent additional property damages, by providing property preservation services. We work as a Property Preservation Repair Vendor or as an REO (real estate owned) repair Vendor. We help prevent occupied or vacant properties from falling into disrepair.
State Licensed General Contractor No. 81098
Note: In North Carolina, a General Contractor license is NOT needed for a project costing less than $30,000.
We install boards on the windows and doors of a property to protect it from storm damage, to protect unused, vacant, or abandoned property, and/or to prevent unauthorized entry.
By winterizing, Enteck makes sure that a vacant, abandoned home's plumbing can endure a winter freeze. Typically, this means: draining the water from the pipes and the hot water heater, putting “do not use” notices on the sinks, toilets, and other conspicuous areas of the home.
A roof tarp is of primary importance if the property preservation contractor arrives at a property that has an active roof leak. We will first obtain a bid approval before tarping a leaking roof.
This property preservation service authorizes Enteck to remove interior, exterior and/or hazardous debris at each property based on client requirements and/or the investor specifications for each loan type.
Conducts minor repairs on buildings and equipment. Performs a variety of handyman servicess in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting including yard maintenance.
"Enteck Design Group did an excellent job working on my house. We had several repairs and I appreciate that they explained everything to me and my husband and that they made sure the work was to our satisfaction." - Braswell
