Type of Home Inspection Reports

  • Home Buyer Inspection Report: These inspection reports are done for the buyer of a home and provide a limited and non-invasive examination of the condition of a home and is typically connected to the sale of that home. Our reports allow buyers to purchase with confidence or to negotiate any needed repairs.

  • Home Seller Inspection Report:  These inspection reports are done for the current owner of a home in anticipation of putting it on the market. This is a limited and non-invasive examination of the condition of a home with the intent to identify any potential hazards or damages in advance of an inspection by a potential buyer.

  • Insurance home Inspections: These inspection reports allow the insurance company to observe damages and indicate a replacement cost for the issue. These inspections may also happen before you file a claim as a method of risk evaluation to determine how likely it is you will need to file a claim for damages in the future and what that premium may cost.

  • Home Maintenance Inspection:  This inspection service can be a huge asset to homeowners by identifying home maintenance issues and viable solutions that will keep the home in the best possible condition. We’ll thoroughly evaluate the entire home, describing the nature of potential issues we encounter and making recommendations that will help you keep the home maintained appropriately.

  •  Storm Damage Inspection Report: Our home inspections report helps determine whether a home is safe, sanitary, and livable. To determine whether an applicant is eligible for assistance, FEMA considers the home’s interior and exterior structural soundness; whether the electrical, gas, heat, plumbing and sewer or septic systems are functional; and whether the home is livable and can be entered and exited safely.
