Our typical home improvement service pricing is a Fixed Price. The price is based on our free job site consultation.

Before we submit a contract price, we offer a free job site consultation: We visit the worksite, take measurements, ask questions, and make recommendations. This ensures that the price is accurate and that we have the right information.

We charge Cost-Plus pricing under certain conditions:

• The owner, construction lender, or any public body or inspector directs any modification or addition to the work.
• The manufacturer's price changes after the approved bid or during the work performance
• The material prices increase based on the material availability
• The freight and storage prices increase
